Illegal building

Teams from Gazi Magusa Municipality on Monday demolished an illegal laundry room on the roof of a four-storey apartment building. Town mayor Oktay Kayalp said their aim was to clamp down o such illegal annexes to buildings, especially in the area around the university campus. He added they were pressing charges against those responsible for all buildings constructed without a permit. The campaign also includes action against construction and trespassing on public properties.
